Why We Started
I am a dedicated Special Education Teacher and Behavioral Specialist with extensive experience supporting neurodivergent children and adults. My background in psychology and my CDSW diploma allow me to combine clinical knowledge with a compassionate, family-centered approach.
In addition to my clinical work, I serve as an executive member of the Brain and Mental Health Committee at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, and contribute as a long standing Parent Lived Experience Network volunteer, advocating for families and inclusive care.
As a mother of a child who is hard of hearing and autistic, I understand firsthand the importance of trust, advocacy, and individualized support. This lived experience shapes my work and strengthens my commitment to helping families feels supported, understood, and empowered.

Our Approach
Child-centered. Strength-based. Family-focused.
Rather than focusing only on challenges, we look at the whole child—their strengths, interests, communication style, needs, environment, and goals.
Our Mission
To empower children of all abilities through compassionate, individualized developmental support while equipping families with practical tools that create lasting success at home, school, and in the community.
